If I go too long without eating, my body forgets the feeling. Hunger disappears. But the moment I take even a small bite — a spoon of soup, a piece of bread — something wakes up inside me. Suddenly I’m starving. Suddenly I can eat endlessly. It’s as if the act of beginning unlocks the desire to continue.

It’s the same when I’m sick. When the flu hits, food becomes the last thing on my mind. Even when someone insists I should eat, I refuse — “Why would I eat? I’m sick.” But then comes the soup. The smell, the warmth, the first taste. And just like that, hunger returns. Not because I forced it, but because I started.

Writing works exactly the same way for me. If I don’t write, the desire to write disappears. But the moment I put down a sentence — even a clumsy one — the appetite returns. Words call more words. Thoughts call more thoughts. The act of beginning creates the momentum.

I’ve noticed this pattern in other parts of life too. Take alcohol and training — two things that seem unrelated, yet somehow follow the same logic. After a long night out, we wake up with a hangover and swear off drinking forever. “Never again,” we say. But everyone knows the fastest cure is one beer the next day. We know it works. We never do it. The wedge knocks out the wedge — as the Bulgarian saying goes.

Training in the gym follows the same rule. Every week I train chest, and every week I get the same soreness between the shoulders and the armpits. Stretching helps, warming up helps, but what truly works is something I learned recently: active recovery. One or two light sets of bench press — nothing heavy — and suddenly the muscles wake up, the endorphins flow, and the stiffness melts away. The cure is in the movement itself.

It’s funny how life repeats its lessons in different forms.
Start, and the desire grows.
Move, and the body responds.
Write, and writing comes.

Maybe that’s all we need to remember:
Don’t wait for the perfect moment.
Begin, and the moment will create itself.

I hope your day is beautiful, and your future blessed.
Love, respect, unity, and goodwill — even if I’m inventing sayings as I go.

Blessings your way.
I love you.

When writing, writing comes

It the same way with eating, if I do not eat for a extended period of time I become non hungry. The moment I decide to eat and even something small, I become hungry and can eat almost without stopping. A better example can be when I am feeling sick or being sick with the fly. I won’t be hungry for a long period of time. Even when asked to eat I won’t be wanting to eat – I am sick with the fly why would I be eating? That’s why in moments like these we make attractive food like a soup, so the moment we smell and taste the food of soup we become hungry. Ok, you might say not everybody is the same, and it could be when the food reaches the stomach. It’s me, I become hungry in moments like this. So it just happens to be the same for me and writing.

I have another example of alcohol and training in the fitness center. What could be the familiarity, you might ask? Well, I will tell you how I experience things like these to be the same. Let’s imagine a night out with the people that makes us feel good about drinking. We, together drink the whole night and without any other imaginative actions taken we end up waking up in the morning or somewhere around the lunch time, or the worst early or late afternoon with a hangover. Very bad, I know. What do we do when we got a hangover, we say no more with the alcohol, no more nights out. These are one of the things we think or say. The easiest way to cure or to get rid of the hangover is to just, I know just, drink one beer the next day. How could we, we hate alcohol, right? We all know that this cure works, we never do it.

It is the same way with training in the gym.

We start our week by training chest, as I did two days ago and a couple of weeks before that, just to brag a bit. Every week I will get the sore muscles between the shoulders and the chest muscles, around the front of the arm pits. Stretching and warming up is all good, but apparently there is a thing called active recovery that I read about after I prompted Artificial Intelligence (AI). So, what I’ve understood about it is that I should do 1-2 easy sets of bench press to activate the endorphins in my muscles to recover the muscles better and faster. And, soreness and non-mobility is gone the same day.

I know, there is the saying in bulgarian language. Wedge is knocking out wedge. I am not sure how much sense it makes, and it’s true.

I hope you will have a beautiful day and blessed future.

Love, respect, unity and good will.

I am just inventing sayings, if you haven’t figured it out by now.

Blessings your way.

I love you.

There’s a strange truth about creativity: it behaves just like hunger.
